Production Readiness Checklist

Every item must be confirmed and signed off before the platform is promoted to production.

Application layer

• Web application deploys successfully to the production App Service.
• API deploys successfully to the production App Service.
• All pipeline variables are set to production values and reviewed.
• All secrets are externalized to Azure Key Vault and not hardcoded anywhere.
• CORS is configured correctly for the production domain.
• App Service restarts cleanly and the application loads without errors.
• Authentication succeeds on the production URL for all configured user roles.
