Introduction

The What-If platform enables business users, actuarial teams, and pricing analysts to simulate the impact of proposed rate changes against a selected portfolio of policies before deploying those changes to production. Users can build and execute scenarios, evaluate premium displacement across Charged, Current, and Proposed pricing states, and analyse results through a suite of analytical reports.

This section of the documentation covers the end-to-end user workflow - from accessing the platform and navigating the dashboard, through configuring KPI profiles, building and executing scenarios, and reviewing analytical report outputs.
