Administration covers the configuration and governance of the platform itself - including user and access management, environment setup, analysis configuration, and currency preferences. This section is intended for administrators responsible for onboarding users, maintaining platform environments, and establishing the analytical framework that business users operate within.

Users covers the end-to-end analytical workflow - from accessing the platform and navigating the dashboard, through building and executing What-If scenarios, to reviewing premium displacement and portfolio impact reports. This section is intended for business users, actuarial teams, and pricing analysts who use the platform to evaluate the impact of proposed rate changes before production deployment.
